List tags

Every catalog tag with its label, slug, translation overrides and how many products wear it. Tags are the flat half of the taxonomy and are assigned from the product side, through tags on create_product or update_product.
Create a tag

Create a tag. The slug is derived from the label when omitted. You rarely need this: sending an unknown label in a product's tags list creates the tag as a side effect, which is how the admin's type-to-add input works.

Update a tag

Rename a tag, change its slug, or replace its translation overrides.

Delete a tag
/api/v1/kahunacart/tags/{id}
Delete a tag and every assignment of it, and report how many products were carrying it. Those products keep every other tag they had; nothing else in the catalog moves.
