Features
The core storage features a store switches on, and what refuses one.
Core storage features are switched on per store, and turning one on is refused while an installed add-on has not declared it understands the feature. See Order changes.
List core features and what is blocking them

Core features that change how orders are stored, with whether each is on, which installed add-ons have declared they understand it, and which have not. An add-on that has declared nothing blocks every feature, which is deliberate — an add-on written before a feature existed cannot have declared for it, and treating silence as consent is how a storage change breaks a store.
Turn a core feature on or off
/api/v1/kahunacart/features/{code}/enable
Switch a feature on, or off with {"enabled": false}. Turning one on is refused with 409 while any installed KahunaCart add-on has not declared support, and the message names them. Turning one off is never refused.

POST /kahunacart/features/{code}/enable takes {"enabled": false} to switch one off, which is never refused.
