KahunaCart is made by Trilby Media, LLC, the company that publishes Grav CMS, and built by Andy Miller, who created Grav. The store and the CMS it runs on come from the same place.
Who's behind it
Andy Miller
Andy Miller created Grav CMS and still designs, builds and maintains most of it, from the core and the admin to the API and the MCP server. He is also one of the cofounders of Joomla. Alongside Grav he makes tools for developers: Mac apps such as Raffle, Magpie, RasterFox and VectorFox, and terminal apps written in Rust such as Bosun, Drydock, Reeve and YTunnel. He likes building complex things as simply as possible.

Ecommerce built into Grav
KahunaCart adds a catalog, checkout, payments, shipping, digital downloads and customer accounts to Grav, with a complete store admin. Your content and your store live on one Grav site.
One site, one admin
Manage pages, blog posts, documentation and your store from the same admin. KahunaCart uses Grav's admin, theme system and plugin APIs.
Your hosting, your data
KahunaCart runs on your own hosting. Products, orders and customers are kept in your own database: SQLite, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Bought once
Buy KahunaCart once per site, with a year of updates and support. Renewing after that is optional, and the version you installed keeps working.
