This site and the demo store at demo.kahunacart.com are run by Trilby Media, LLC, 3649 Evergreen Pkwy #502, Evergreen, CO 80439-9998, USA. By using them you agree to the few rules below. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to and share anything on this site. Please do not do anything that would harm it or the people who use it: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it wholesale, or interfere with how it runs.
The demo store
The demo store exists so you can try KahunaCart before buying it. It is a sandbox, not a shop. Nothing you order there is real, no payment is ever taken, and nothing is shipped. Use made-up details, because everything you enter is wiped when the demo resets every hour. We may change, reset or take the demo offline at any time without notice.
Buying KahunaCart
KahunaCart is sold as a licence, one purchase per site. What you get is in the store: the plugin, a licence key, and a year of updates and support from the day you buy. Add-ons you buy attach to the same key and share the same renewal. After the first year, renewing is optional. If you do not renew, the version you have installed keeps working; you just stop receiving new versions and support until you renew again.
Payments are taken by Polar as merchant of record. Polar collects your card details, works out any tax due, charges you and issues the receipt. Card numbers never touch this site. Your order, your licence key and your downloads live here, under the link in your confirmation email and in your account.
A licence key is for the sites it names. Do not share it, post it, or use it to run a store for somebody else. A key that is being shared will be revoked, and the sites using it will lose updates and support.
Refunds
If KahunaCart is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Ask from your order receipt, where there is a Request a refund button, or through the contact page with your order number. Refunds go back through Polar to the card you paid with, which usually takes a few working days to show up.
After 14 days a refund is at our discretion. Tell us what went wrong and we will listen. Renewals follow the same 14-day rule from the day the renewal is charged. Once a refund is issued the licence key is switched off, and any add-ons bought on the same order are refunded with it.
Our content
The text, images, design and code of this site belong to Trilby Media or the people who licensed them to us. KahunaCart and the KahunaCart logo are our marks. You may quote from the site with attribution, and you may use screenshots to talk about or review the product. Please do not pass our material off as your own or use our marks to suggest an endorsement we have not given.
Grav is open source and is covered by its own license, which lives with the Grav project and not on this page.
The mailing list
If you join the list, we will email you about the launch and about KahunaCart after that. You can leave the list from any email we send. How we handle your address is covered on the privacy page.
No promises
The site and the demo are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise they will be, and we may change or remove anything on them at any time. Product details, prices and dates on the site describe our plans and can change before launch.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Trilby Media is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or the demo store, or from relying on anything published here. Nothing on this page limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, including Grav, Discord and the payment providers KahunaCart works with. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
