You sign in with a link we email you. No password is needed.
- Click Sign in, or open My requests.
- Enter your email address and click Email me a link.
- Open the email and click the link.
- On the page that opens, click the button to sign in.
You land on your requests, or on the page you were trying to open.
Things to know
- Links only go to addresses we know, such as one you have sent a request from. The page says the same thing for every address, so it never reveals who has written to us.
- A link you ask for works for 30 minutes, and only once. Asking again cancels the earlier link, so always use the newest email.
- The links in our emails about a request work for 7 days. They open that request, signed in.
- Opening a link does not sign you in by itself. You click a button on the page it opens. This stops email scanners from using up your link before you do.

Ask for a new one on the same page. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
