Your licence key is in three places:
- Your purchase email. It carries the key and the full installation instructions.
- Your order page on kahunacart.com, under Your license key. The link to it is in your confirmation email.
- Your licence portal. The order page has an Open your license portal link. The portal is the copy that lasts.
A key is four groups of eight characters separated by dashes.
The key has not arrived
Right after you pay, the order page may say the key is being issued. It arrives by email a moment later.
If it still has not arrived:
- Search your mailbox, including the spam and promotions folders, for mail from kahunacart.com.
- Open your order page from the confirmation email and check the Your license key panel.
- Still nothing? Send us a request with your order number.
Warning
Never post your licence key in a public place, such as Discord or a forum. A key that is being shared is revoked.
