Buying KahunaCart, licence keys, renewals, invoices and refunds
- What do I get when I buy KahunaCart? KahunaCart is one purchase per site. It includes the first year of updates and support, counted from the day you buy.
- Where do I find my licence key? Your licence key is in three places: Your purchase email. It carries the key and the full installation instructions.
- Do I have to renew every year? No. Renewal is optional, and the installed software does not expire. Your purchase includes a year of updates and support from the day you buy.
- How do add-ons work with my licence? Each add-on is a one-time purchase for your site. It attaches to your KahunaCart licence key rather than getting a key of its own. One key.
- Can I use one licence on more than one site? No. KahunaCart is sold as a licence, one purchase per site. Each store needs its own licence.
- How do I get a refund? If KahunaCart is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you get the full amount back, no questions asked.
- Who charges my card, and where is my receipt? Purchases on kahunacart.com are taken by Polar as merchant of record. Polar: collects your card details,. works out any tax due,. charges you,.
