A provider that is not at checkout did not register. Almost always, one credential field is empty for the mode the provider is in. Sandbox and live credentials are separate fields.

Fix it
- Check whether the provider registered:

The Providers list shows every provider that registered.
- If it is missing, open KahunaCart → Setup → Payments, press Settings on the provider's card, and fill in the credentials for the mode you are in. A common slip is live keys entered while the provider is still in test mode, or the other way round.
- If it is listed but still absent from checkout, confirm the plugin is enabled in Grav and clear the cache:
