Orders paid by bank transfer or another offline method wait at payment status pending until you confirm the money arrived.
- Open KahunaCart → Orders and open the order.
- Click Mark paid.
The payment status becomes paid. KahunaCart queues the payment-received email and, for digital products, creates the customer's download links.
Tip
Settling an order whose money arrived weeks ago? Untick Notify customer above the order's buttons first, so the customer does not get a fresh receipt.
To give customers their downloads as soon as an offline order is placed, without waiting for you to confirm payment, set Grant Downloads On to Order placed on the Downloads tab of KahunaCart → Settings (downloads.grant_on: completed).
