A job that throws an error is tried up to three times, with a longer wait between attempts, capped at one hour. After the last attempt it moves to the failed list and keeps the error that stopped it.
See the failed jobs
- In the admin: open KahunaCart → Operations → Jobs and pick the failed state. The Last error column says why each one failed.
- On the command line:

Fix the cause

| Relay access denied | The worker uses different mail settings from the site. See Emails fail with "Relay access denied". |

Run them again
Once the cause is fixed, retry each failed job:
- In the admin: press Run now on the job in Operations → Jobs.
- On the command line, with the id from
jobs:list:

jobs:run runs the job straight away and prints whether it completed or failed again.
